Now, we all know that Courtney Love has never been shy, but is she in the right this time or is she actually losing it (if she even had it to begin with)?

The singer has taken to Twitter in a rant against Dave Grohl, frontman of the Foo Fighters, and former drummer of Nirvana, her late husband Kurt Cobain's band. She was apparently told by daughter Frances Bean Cobain's roommate that Dave had been hitting on her.

"I am not mad at her, him I am about to shoot, dead," she tweeted, before accusing Grohl of being 'insane' and 'obsessed' with her daughter.

Dave's publicist quickly denied any claims, responding with, "Unfortunately Courtney is on another hateful Twitter rant. These new accusations are upsetting, offensive, and absolutely untrue."

And Courtney's daughter, Frances Bean, backed him up.

"While I'm generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn," read a statement by the 19 year-old.

"I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I'm in a monogamous relationship and very happy."

She then proceeded with a recommendation to Twitter on how to control her Courtney's nonsensical rants: "Twitter should ban my mother."
