And the custody battle for Usher’s cute kids is still chugging along, as earlier in the week he and his ex wife Tameka Raymond attended the court battle for custody of their children.

They currently have joint custody, however Tameka wants more benefits and full custody as she has accused Usher of secretly taken drugs – while Usher has denied these claims, the judge has ordered the couple to privately talk through a temporary custody agreement – if they are unable to do this, by this afternoon, the judge will then decide how the time will be split between the parents.
