It probably won’t come as a surprise to commuters but new figures show one in five Geelong trains run late.
The March performance numbers show only 83.9 per cent of local services ran within five minutes of what they should have, well below the 92 per cent target.
V/Line's again blaming congestion on the Metro network.
But the rail operator claims it did meet its targets, if you only count the section between Marshall and Werribee.
