Abused orphans snubbed by abuse inquiry |

Victims of abuse at Geelong orphanages claim they're being discriminated against after discovering they won't be called by a government inquiry.
The state government announced a parliamentary inquiry into abuse by the church this week.
Critics say the probe is inadequate, saying it should have been a Judicial Inquiry or even a Royal Commission.
