Weather fails to put a dampner on ANZAC Day dawn services |

Dawn services are underway across the region, with the main event at Torquay's Point Danger.
But while DEAN STEWART from the Weather Bureau says it's been a very wet night, he says the rain should start easing off now:
And he adds things should be starting to fine-up by the time this morning’s marches come around:
Hundreds of people meantime braved the wet and cold for a pre-dawn service at Geelong's Johnstone Park at 4.15am.
