Tourism boss blasts Bells levy

Bells Beach Car Park Geelong's tourism boss has blasted plans for a Bells Beach surcharge, saying it will see even more people bypassing Torquay.

From July tourist bus operators will be charged the equivalent of $10,000 per year for the privilege of stopping at the reserve.

ROGER GRANT from Geelong Otway Tourism says the question has to be asked where it will now stop:
