Victims of a paedophile Christian Brother have lodged joint claims in the County Court in what’s being labelled the largest legal action of its type in Victoria.

ROBERT CHARLES BEST was jailed in 2011 for nearly 15 years after being convicted of abusing 11 boys aged between eight and 11 in Geelong, Ballarat and Box Hill between 1969 and 1988.

Today's Age says 11 victims want a judge to decide if they should be compensated, and how much they should get.
