In Ireland, police have arrested one man and are still looking for another after they staged an illegal horse race through peak-hour traffic on one of the country's busiest highways. Police spotted the pair in their sulkies with dozens of spectators in cars following them and yelling encouragement along the main road into Cork. They've finally managed to catch one, who’s facing serious charges. Video footage of the big race has now emerged, apparently filmed by someone with more than a passing interest in who won: |
