Telstra's apologised to hundreds of locals who've dropped off the internet.

Customers in Moolap, Newcomb and Whittington say their Bigpond dropped out last Friday and they haven't been able to reconnect since.

Telstra says crews are working to fix a failure at the Moolap exchange which led to the ADSL service outage.
