Corio is again showing why it's one worst areas in the state for neighbourhood and domestic disputes.

Our newsroom understands officers were called to up to nine disputes on Monday night alone. 

It comes after new figures show officers were called to break up nearly seven-hundred arguments in the northern suburbs of Geelong last year.

Police say it’s frustrating and their time is being wasted breaking up neighbourhood punch ups.
