Cameron Mooney Former Cats star Cameron Mooney has avoided a conviction despite being caught driving on a suspended licence, while talking on his mobile phone.

The 32-year-old has pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and using a hand-held phone while driving.

The court’s been told police spotted the premiership veteran driving in Church Street Geelong West in March.

He's lost his licence for a month and been placed on a six-month good behaviour bond, but no conviction has been recorded.
