A driver has managed to escape serious injury after a car collided with another and then ricocheted into a house at Corio.
Witnesses told Geelong Broadcasters the pile-up occurred just before 5pm on Thursday in Matthews Road, with one of the vehicles careening into a nearby home.
Police say the building suffered minor damage and the driver of the car suffered only minor injuries.

SES volunteers were called in to help stabilised the building.
Thursday’s accident follows another incident in Fairbairn Drive on Wednesday in which a house was badly damaged after being hit by a stolen car.
The driver fled the scene before emergency crews arrived.
