It has been a chilly start to the weekend and August across Geleong.
Avalon dropped to -0.7 and 7am, however it felt like -4.6 at times.
Geelong was down to 1 degree, but it felt colder than that at -0.7.

The Coast stayed warmer with Aireys Inlet sitting between 5 and 6 degrees on Saturday morning.
A frost warning was in place for parts of the state including the Central district.
We are warming to a mostly sunny day and a top of 16, with more sunshine and 17 forecast for Sunday.
