Police say she was last seen wearing a black Hoodrich jumper, black pants and ugg boots.
Concerns are held due to medical conditions.
Meanwhile 16-year-old Hayley was last seen on April 14.
She is described as having long straight black hair.
Police adding they concerned due to her age and medical conditions.
