A man has been charged over a stabbing in Geelong West at the weekend which left a 52-year-old in hospital.
The man was in his driveway on Britannia Street in the early hours of Sunday morning, when the offender allegedly demanded the man’s car keys, attacked him and fled the scene about 2.50am.
He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while a 26-year-old man was later arrested.
The Corio man has slapped with a raft of charges including committing an indictable offence whilst on bail.
Police also charged the alleged offender with a number of other offences including criminal damage relating to incidents in December last year.
