It is understood to be the second time fire crews have been called to the property in recent months.

Police are investigating the cause.

Meantime, crews called to Bellbird Avenue in Norlane just before 6am Tuesday.

That was brought under control within 15 minutes.

FRV says a passerby suffered smoke inhalation while trying to raise the alarm for anyone in the property.
