Deakin University’s Vice-Chancellor has resigned.

Deakin’s Council will work to appoint an Acting Vice-Chancellor, before finding someone to take on the role long-term.

It comes less than a week after news of potential job cuts, with proposed changes expected to see the loss of 130 to 150 positions.
