Investigations are continuing into a crash at Meredith which left two people with life-threatening injuries.
Police believe a stolen white Nissan Patrol ute was heading north-west on the Midland Highway between Meredith and Elaine on Monday afternoon when it hit trees.
The 31-year-old male driver and 30-year-old male passenger was both flown to hospital.
They remain in hospital with life threatening injuries.
Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit are trying to work out led to the crash.
They are asking anyone who saw the incident, or may have dash cam/CCTV footage to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
