The swimming enclosure on Geelong’s waterfront will be closed to swimmers for the first two days of summer.
The City of Greater Geelong has closed the Promenade Swimming Enclosure for dredging works.
Signs will be put up notifying locals and visitors of the restrictions.

The council is hoping to have the enclosure open again on Saturday or Sunday.
