A driver has lost his licence for a year after blowing nearly four times the blood alcohol limit.
The police helicopter first spotted a Triton Ute driving erratically on the Princes Freeway at Avalon, while members of the public also called police of a motorist allegedly swerving over the road.
Officers intercepted the vehicle in Corio.

A 50-year-old man allegedly blew 0.195.
As well as losing his licence on the spot, the man’s vehicle was impounded for a month.
He is also facing charges.
Police are warning alcohol and drugs can impair a motorist’s reaction time and ability to safely judge their speed and surroundings.
