A North Shore man charged over a fatal crash in Stonehaven is due to reappear in June.
The 29-year-old is facing charges including dangerous driving causing death in relation to the January collision and faced a Geelong court via videolink.
He is also charged with offences including breaching bail conditions, dangerous driving and dangerous driving causing serious injury.

Mia Rossiter, 12, died in the collision, while her family were seriously injured.
Her father shouted at the accused when the matter was adjourned, according to a report in the Geelong Advertiser.
The matter will be heard again on June 12.
