A woman believed to be in her 30’s has been taken to Geelong’s University Hospital in a serious condition after a two-car smash on Ormond Road in East Geelong.
Emergency services were called to the crash near the corner of Dawson Street around 5:10am this morning, where police say the uninjured second driver stopped at the scene.
The road has re-opened to traffic after the scene was declared safe around an hour after the collision.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash and appealing for anyone with dash cam footage or CCTV to contact Crime Stoppers.
