Fire fighters have taken close to two and a half hours to bring a fire at Cunningham Pier under control.
Emergency crews were called just before 7 this morning after reports of flames under a bridge.
Crews took until after 9 to bring it under control.

“Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a fire under a bridge,” an FRV spokesperson said.
“FRV’s specialist fireboat was deployed to assist in the response.
“The incident was deemed Under Control at 9.13am.
“Victoria Police and Powercor were also on scene.”
