Four-year-old facing life-threatening injuries after pedestrians struck by car

A four-year-old girl has been rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after reports of a car colliding with pedestrians in Werribee.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Synnot Street and Wedge Street South just after 11am.

A 35-year-old woman was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The 58-year-old woman behind the wheel stopped at the scene and wasn’t injured.

Two other pedestrians crossing the road at the time weren’t injured.
