Fire Rescue Victoria says all workers on the site were able to get out of the 40mx20m building.

An advice has been issued for hazardous fumes.

Nearby residents and businesses have been urged to close their external windows and doors, and also turn off their air conditioning.

There is no threat to the community, but authorities are asking residents to stay informed and monitor conditions.
