Geelong’s Try Boys Brigade stadium has been subject to an overnight graffiti attack in which the president of Israel was targeted.

The expletive-laden tags on the Jack Kroger Sports Centre on Ryrie Street mentioned Isaac Herzog, who is currently visiting Australia in the wake of the Bondi Terror Attack, while also expressing support for Palestine.

It also made comments about Zionists and US President Donald Trump.

The graffiti would have been viewed by students using one of the region’s busiest school bus routes.

Police have been contacted for comment.

Herzog has spent the past four days in Australia visiting Jewish communities after meeting with families of the victims of the December 14 massacre.

His presence led to several major protests across cities nation wide, including a major protest in Melbourne last night.

Police said special powers were not needed for what they described as a mostly peaceful protest.
