The local hospitality industry is the toast of the town after a Geelong restaurant was named regional Victoria’s best at the Golden Plate awards.
Woolstore Geelong was named the winner the winner of the Golden Plate awards at this year’s ceremony in Geelong.
It was also named the winner of the contemporary dining category at this year’s awards.

And they weren’t alone – 23 local venues and employees claimed wins of highly commended in the awards.
Claribeax Curlewis named the best in relaxed dining among the winners.
