The man accused of of a hit-run in Marshall last month has faced court.
The Whittington man was arrested Monday, for allegedly fleeing after his car collided with another driver on July 17.
It was alleged that the man was driving a Holden Commodore when it collided with a Mazda hatch on Barwarre Road.

The man is accused of dumping the car and fleeing the incident on court.
A woman – who was driving the Mazda – was flown to hospital with life threatening injuries, while two passengers in the Commodore were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
He will face court again later this month with a committal mention on November 5.
