House prices across the Geelong region have dropped in the last 12 months.
A report from Domain has seen the median price of a home in Geelong fall by just over two per cent in the year to March.
However, a home will still cost more than $700,000.

House prices in Golden Plains have dropped from $782,500 to $755,000 in the year, a fall of 3.5 per cent.
The Surf Coast Shire saw the biggest drop of 4.5 per cent, although it will still set people back $1.3 million for a property.
