Police are treating a fire at an abandoned building in Charlemont as suspicious.
Emergency services were called to Torquay Road just after 5pm Sunday, finding the structure well alight.
A community information message was issued at one stage for smoke in the area, while one southbound lane was closed.
Officers say no-one was inside the building at the time of the fire.
A teenage girl from the Geelong area was arrested at Mount Duneed, but was later released pending further enquiries.
Police are asking anyone with information or CCTV or dash cam footage of the fire, or who may have seen anything suspicious in the area at the time, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
