Reports a vehicle has collided with the boom gates on Kilgour Street, Geelong with impacts to traffic and trains.
V/Line has confirmed the 16:21 Waurn Ponds to Southern Cross service will originate at Geelong at 16:35 due to level crossing damage.
The incident was cleared around 4:15pm.
