A man has been arrested in relation to stolen mail and thefts from cars around the Geelong area.
The 26-year-old from Moolap charged with 53 offences of theft.
Police seizing dozens of credit card and identity documents related to the thefts.

“At the time of arrest, Police seized dozens of credit cards and identification documents relating to thefts committed from May 2025 to current – all believed to be stolen,” police said in a statement.
“The male has been charged with 53 counts of theft and directly presented to the Geelong Magistrates court for a remand hearing.”
Anyone with further information regrading unreported thefts is urged to contact police.
