A man has been seen waving homemade nunchucks on Ryrie Street.
The man was waving the weapon while in an argument with a group of teenagers on Ryrie Street around 6pm yesterday.
The man was also seen holding up traffic in the drive thru of a nearby fast food store.

It’s then understood the man crossed the road towards another venue.
