A man’s been charged after an alleged hit and run in Geelong West.
Police said officers observed a stolen Nissan Pulsar driving along Shannon Avenue around 11.45am on Tuesday 21 July, colliding with members of the public before fleeing the scene.
The vehicle was later found in Warwick Street, Newtown after being dumped by the offender.

A 31-year-old Shepparton man was later arrested in Geelong’s CBD and charged with offences including reckless driving and theft of a motor vehicle.
He’s scheduled to appear in court on Saturday.
