A man has been killed after being hit by a train at North Shore station.
Emergency services were called around 7.30 last night to station street following the accident – the man dying at the scene.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Police are set to prepare a report for the coroner.
The incident resulted in delays on the Geelong line over the following hours.
