A man is facing more than 300 charges, as part of a police investigation into reports of suspected fraud activity targeting Geelong-based genU.
Detectives from the Financial Crime Squad have charged a 59-year-old from Williamstown with 309 counts of obtaining financial advantage by deception.
They allege the amount of the fraud is over $10 million.

The man has been summonsed to face Geelong Magistrates’ Court on August 25.
Police say the matter was initially reported to them by the organisation in early 2023, with the activity alleged to have happened over five years.
