A new women’s health clinic will be based at University Hospital Geelong, aimed at providing free and comprehensive care and support under the one roof.
It is one of the first five of 20 clinics to open across Victoria.
Barwon Health has an existing women’s health clinic, but this will be extended to five days a week.

Member for Lara Ella George said it was important women were able to have easy access to specialist care.
“Treating conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic pain, polycystic ovary syndrome, perimenopause and menopause,” she said.
“These clinics are all about removing barriers women face when trying to access specialist care, and ensuring we are delivering these services closer to home.”
