A man has handed himself in, following a hit-run in Corio.
Police say a woman suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car on the corner of Plantation Road and Washington Street around 6.45 am Sunday.
The 43-year-old pedestrian was flown to hospital in Melbourne.

The alleged driver did not stay at the scene on Sunday morning.
However police say an 18-year-old from Corio presented himself to police on Sunday afternoon.
Investigations into the collision are continuing.
