A playground damaged in East Geelong is being moved.
A car hit the equipment at Richmond Oval in May, with the playground being reopened in a reduced capacity.
The City of Greater Geelong is now looking to relocate and renew the play equipment within the same reserve.
The council says the move will also allow a second netball court to be built.
Residents are being encouraged to have their say on the proposed new look playground.
