Geelong has recorded more rainfall in less than two-days than the whole month of February.
The city has officially had just over 17mm of rain since Sunday morning.
That is compared to 15.2 mm for last month, while the long-term average for March is 32mm.

Avalon Airport has officially recorded 6.8mm since Sunday morning, while Aireys Inlet has had more than 11mm.
The weather is looking a little better for the rest of the week, with cloudy conditions and temperatures staying in the 20s.
