The driver of a van has died after a head-on collision with a truck in Bannockburn.
Emergency services were called to Bannockburn-Shelford Road around 7:40am on Monday
It’s understood the crash forced the van down an embankment and into a tree, with the yet-to-be-identified driver dying at the scene.

The driver over the truck was uninjured and stopped at the scene.
The collision will be investigated by Ballarat Highway Patrol.
