Cautions for six teens arrested for thefts from a store in Westfield.
The six were caught stealing from a mobile phone booth around 6.30 last night before fleeing, with police arresting the group on Malop Street.
“The youths ran into Westfield via Yarra Street and swarmed the mobile phone booth, stealing phone cases, before Westfield Security operatives quickly intervened,” police said in a statement.

“All were arrested on Malop Street fleeing the scene – the burglary was captured on CCTV.
“All of the offenders were aged 13 and processed by the Victoria Police cautioning system.”
Police say they are continuing their efforts to protect the CBD.
