Wind gusts of up to 90km/hour may be felt along the Surf Coast and Otways later tonight.
The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe weather warning for damaging winds, saying the strong winds are likely to develop later tonight and into the early hours of tomorrow.
However, they should ease later in the day.

Areas expected to be impacted including Apollo Bay and areas north of Geelong.
Increasing showers are forecast for Geelong today, but those showers should ease on Saturday to a sunny afternoon.
