A building fire at an empty business in Norlane has been deemed suspicious.
Fire Rescue Victoria crews were called to the corner of the Princes Highway and The Boulevard at 7.04pm on Monday.
Firies were on scene within three minutes, arriving to find the commercial building, which was unoccupied at the time, well alight.

The incident was deemed under control by 7.18pm, with the site suffering significant damage.
