A Wyndham teenager is among four people charged, accused of breaking into two homes before leading police on a chase in Werribee and Melbourne.
It is alleged offenders were armed with machetes when they broke into the homes on Monday morning in Mickleham.
Police say a stolen car reached speeds of up to 200km/h during a chase through Werribee, Wyndham and Melbourne’s north-west.

The occupants of the vehicle were arrested when the car stopped at Sunbury.
Four teenagers have been charged with various offences including car theft.
A 16-year-old boy from Wyndham Vale has been bailed to face a children’s court at a later date.
