Federal MP Dan Tehan could be dragged into court action that’s tearing apart the Victorian Liberal party.
The Wannon MP is expected to be named as a defendant in Supreme Court action to stop a 1.55 million dollar loan to former state leader John Pessutto.
The Herald Sun reporting that action could see Tehan, along with party president Phil Davis and past president Greg Mirabella named as well.

The case has been brought by senior Liberal Colleen Harkin.
Current opposition leader Brad Battin has reportedly already been served with legal papers over the matter.
