Organisers of the Tent Pole festival planned for Mt Duneed have ditched the event saying the current economic climate made it impossible to proceed.
Promoters have also cited difficulties associated with establishing a new regional festival.
“In a very disappointing turn of events we have made the difficult decision to cancel Tent Pole 2024,” reads a statement on the event website.

Ticket holders for the February 17 festival are being told they’ll get an automatic refund.
International acts including Dinosaur Jr and Mogwai were due to headline the event.
