Two people have been taken to hospital after a two-vehicle collision in Belmont, with images from witnesses showing one car flipped onto its roof.
Emergency services were called to Settlement Road, near Torquay Road, around 1:35pm on Wednesday.
Two patients have been transported by road ambulance, one to Geelong University Public Hospital and the other to The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Victoria Police said there were no life-threatening injuries.
Fire Rescue Victoria confirmed no passengers were trapped, having all exited their vehicles before crews arrived.
Some southbound lanes of Settlement Road were blocked so that authorities could respond, impacting traffic across the afternoon.
