A female has fallen 15 metres off a walking track at the You Yangs.
CFA crews were called to the Northern Range Walking Track around 1.30 this afternoon, finding the patient had fallen down a hill.
They say the patient was safely removed and handed to Ambulance Victoria for treatment.

Paramedics assessed and treated one person at the scene.
She was flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
