A severe weather warning has been issued for parts of the Surf Coast and Otways.
The Bureau of Meteorology says a cold front will cross the state during the day.
That will bring possible wind gusts of up to 90km/h along the Coast this morning.

However, they should start to ease during this afternoon.
Geelong is in for a top of 25 degrees today before the cold change.
